FYE – For Your Event has become throughout the years a specialist in organizing Indian Destination Weddings in Athens Greece. Last October FYE – For Your Event has organized and planned another amazing and glamorous Indian wedding in Athens. Our lovely couple and family from India, based in UK chose Athens as their wedding destination so they and their 200 guests coming from all over the world to enjoy the Greek weather, the blue sea, the marvellous Greek civilization, and its Ancient Monuments.

The celebrations started with a welcome cocktail at Tudor Hall of the famous King George Hotel in the heart of Athens. All guests enjoyed their champagne overlooking the stunning view of the Acropolis Temple. Highlight of the evening were the inspired Henna designs by the Indian Henna artists.

Next day has begun, on the terrace of Grande Bretagne Hotel with all ladies attending the Choora event, while men enjoyed the traditional Turban ceremony, Saafa. The wedding day began with the Baraat ceremony that took place outside Zappeion Megaron where the groom arrived on a luxury vintage Mercedes. A traditional, luxury, Mandap structure has been installed, to accommodate Hindu ceremony for our beloved couple and guests.

A luxurious Gala dinner with traditional Indian food took place in the rotunda area of Zappeion and a cheerful party with a mix of Zorba the Greek, Indian and international tunes lead the night.

The three-day Wedding celebration was completed with a romantic and elegant Western ceremony, where the couple has exchanged vows of endless love. The newly married couple A&R hosted a glamorous Gala dinner at Grande Bretagne Hotel, followed by an unforgettable farewell party.
